Policies at Yani's Kollektions

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Yani's Kollektions does not process refunds, however we will do exchanges on any product that is sold buy us. All products must be in its original condition and state as when it was purchased. We will not accept that has been altered in anyway. We order products directly from the distribution's centers in China. Special request and large custom orders can take up to 14-20 days to be processed and deliver to the US at times, but our goal is to have what you want and when you want it in stock.
